The Transparency Journey is a six-week immersive experience designed to create a safe, sacred space for women ready to uncover what’s been holding them back—and begin rebuilding from truth, not performance.
This isn’t about achieving perfection—it’s about honest progress. Over the next six weeks, we’ll move together from Reflection to Renewal, combining faith-rooted teaching, guided reflection, and supportive community so you can live with more clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Live Zoom gatherings: Wednesdays, 7:00 - 8:30 PM (EST) for coaching, reflection, and community.

“For a while, my voice was gone. I’m not entirely sure when it left or why. I only know that it did.

This course is for women who are ready to stop hiding parts of themselves and want to grow in confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being. It is especially helpful for women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to express themselves honestly in their personal or professional lives.

This course is not therapy. Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. This course is a guided personal growth experience that provides supportive conversations, reflection tools, and practical strategies to help you grow, heal, and move forward with confidence.
Yes. The course is grounded in faith principles and encourages spiritual reflection. Women from various stages of their faith journey are welcome.
The course runs for six weeks. Each week includes a live session and personal reflection activities that you can complete at your own pace.
Yes. Creating a safe and respectful space is a priority. Participants are expected to honor one another’s privacy and personal stories.
Yes. You will be guided through each step of the experience and will have opportunities to ask questions, share insights, and receive encouragement in a supportive community environment.
You will leave with tools and personal growth practices you can continue using in everyday life. You will also have opportunities to stay connected through future programs and community experiences.
